Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

INDIVIDUAL REAL ESTATE SL is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER’s personal data and informs that such data will be handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

“Receive Your Digital Valuation” Form

• Manage, perform, and send the digital valuation according to the general terms of service. (Execution of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR)

• Manage, maintain, improve, or develop the services provided. (Execution of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR)

• Conduct satisfaction and quality surveys. (Legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or while legal obligations require its custody. Once no longer needed, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Who will have access to your personal data?

No personal data will be shared with third parties except when necessary for processing purposes, such as service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has executed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by applicable privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.

• Right to access, rectify, port, delete, or restrict/opose the processing of their data.

• Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing violates applicable law.

Users, by filling in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or other forms, expressly and freely consent that their data is necessary to respond to their requests.
